How do I enquire about tuition?
Please get in touch by email or WhatsApp to express your interest. We will then send you our enquiry form, where you can tell us about your child, the type of tuition you are looking for, your preferred tutor option and your availability.
What happens before tuition is confirmed?
We offer a free, no-obligation meeting before tuition is confirmed. This gives us the opportunity to discuss your child’s needs, answer your questions and make sure the tuition arrangement feels like the right fit.
How much does tuition cost?
Associate Tutor sessions are £45 per hour. Sessions with Tim Sewards, Senior Tutor, are £50 per hour.
How does payment work?
Tuition works on a pay-in-advance basis. A payment equivalent to two sessions is required to secure a booking, and this is used as tuition credit once sessions begin. Future sessions are then paid for in advance.
Is there a minimum term?
No. There is no minimum term for tuition, so families can choose to stop tuition at any time. Cancelling or rearranging individual booked sessions is handled separately and is covered in our Terms and Conditions.
Can I choose a particular tutor?
Families can request their preferred tutor option on the enquiry form. Where possible, we will accommodate this, although we may also recommend the tutor we feel is the best fit for your child’s needs and your availability.
How long are tuition sessions?
Most pupils have one hour of tuition each week, but we are happy to discuss other options such as fortnightly sessions.
Do you offer online tuition?
Yes. We offer both in-person and online tuition across our services, including 11+, Key Stage 2 and GCSE Maths.
Which entrance exams do you prepare pupils for?
We support pupils preparing for a range of grammar school and independent school entrance exams, including the 11+ exam.

Yes. DBS checks form part of our safer recruitment plan, alongside careful tutor selection, clear professional expectations and appropriate oversight from Ingenia Education's company directors.
How do I know whether tuition is right for my child?
If your child would benefit from clearer explanations, extra practice, exam preparation or a confidence boost, tuition may be helpful. We are happy to discuss your child’s needs before any booking is confirmed.
