Expert After-School Tuition for Ages 8-16
1:1 Tuition
Bespoke 1-2-1 sessions, usually an hour in length.
Sessions take place after school between the hours of 4 and 8pm, Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings (school holidays optional).
Sessions are led by qualified teachers with vast experience of 11+ and GCSE tuition.
The pace of each session will be fully adapted to your child’s specific needs. Content and exercises will vary depending on their ability level within each topic.
Our tutors will come to your home to deliver the sessions in a familiar and comfortable environment for your child.
All major GCSE subjects are covered.
11+ sessions will cover the four elements of the GL exam:
English (including comprehension)
Verbal reasoning
Maths
Non-verbal reasoning
All tutors are fully DBS checked.
Sessions cost £40 per 60-minute lesson.
Small Group 11+ Tuition
Small specialist 11+ group tuition aimed at year 5 pupils.
Sessions are 75 minutes long and last from 16:45 to 18:00 on either Wednesday or Thursday.
To ensure personalised support, sessions are capped at 12 pupils. Children work in small groups of four and rotate between three subject areas, with each area taught by a dedicated, qualified teacher.
Year 5 pupils preparing for the 11+ will benefit from our structured, targeted preparation.
We operate flexible grouping based on ability so pupils learn with others at a similar stage and pace.
Sessions take place at the Barford Youth and Community Centre
Each session will cover three of the four elements of the GL 11plus:

Maths
Non-verbal reasoning
All tutors are fully DBS checked and a designated Safeguarding Lead is present at all times.
We operate controlled arrival and collection procedures to ensure safety.
Sessions cost £35 per 75-minute lesson, but pre-register before 1st July and pay just £30 per session - saving £200 over the academic year!
Who are we?
We are a Warwickshire-based company whose aim is to provide high quality solutions to local educational needs. All our tutors are either qualified school teachers or highly experienced tutors in the Warwickshire area, who are up to date with the current National Curriculum.
Which version of the 11+ is this?
Our tuition is designed for entry into Warwickshire and Birmingham grammar schools (members of the West Midlands Grammar Schools Group), which switched from using the CEM test to the GL format in 2022. We therefore tutor for the GL test.
